Seaside Growers, is located in San Juan Capistrano, it’s open to the public and welcomes both homeowners and contractors. They have a great selection and most plants are locally grown, not in hothouses, but in the open air. Their niche is the tropical look but they have recently expanded into a wide variety of water wise plants.
